All items in our shop are custom made to best fit our clients. Therefore we do not offer returns or refunds. According to point 3 article 38 of Consumer rights bill, consumer is not eligible for refund or return when item is customized or made to clients specification.

Money transfer is secured by PayPal, we follow the rules of seller and buyer protection. For any doubts about your transactions please contact us first at contact@deltaleatherworks.com or our social media.
Refunds
We do not accept refunds. Our products are custom made for each order therefore they can not be returned. If any issues occurs with your order please contact us at contact@deltaleatherworks.com or our social media. We will try to solve then for mutual satisfaction.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@deltaleatherworks.com. From there our personnel will arrange exchange and give you all shipping informations. We will ask you to provide photo evidence of damage. Damage caused by clients are not reason for exchange.
Shipping returns
In a case where it will be necessary to return your product, you should mail your product to Pl. Św. Macieja 7/9 50-244 Wrocław Poland.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are sending items back to us, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if we can’t track it or if it’s lost by courier.
